Since it was established, the Alpha Xi Delta Foundation has awarded $4 million for Alpha Xi Delta’s educational programs, scholarships and philanthropic activities. The Foundation has touched our Sisters in life-changing ways:
- Scholarship recipients being able to stay in school or work one job instead of three while taking classes.
- A Leadership Coach who helped a Sister discover how her strengths can help her lead and succeed in not only the chapter, but her future career.
- An alumna Sister who received a grant to attend a professional seminar that will enable her to grow in her career.
- The Founders’ Academy participants who learned how to be leaders in their chapters through programs that helped them utilize their strengths, and eventually taking those skills into their professional lives after graduation.
- Chapters that received AmaXIng Challenge Grants that helped make their Autism Speaks fundraising event better and stronger, allowing it to raise more money for Autism Speaks.
