Business is good. Repeat business is even better. Being able to recreate an order and have it ready in under 2 minutes? Well that’s just fantastic.
With DecoNetwork, being the only print shop software with this capability, you can do this seamlessly with the following steps.
Navigate to Business Hub > Orders (or Quotes) > Add New Order > Select the Customer that has previsouly purchased products from you.
Once the customer is selected, click Add Previously Ordered Product
On the pop up, select which line item you want to add and click Okay
In this scenario, my customer wants to reorder shirts for a family reunion from last year and update the year on the tee.
So now I’ll simply open the designer, edit my text to 2017 and save my changes.
That’s it! I’ve recreated an order with an updated design in less than one minute.
