How do I go about getting my site set up?
That is a loaded question, and we are definitely here to help.
Setting up your account here with DecoNetwork is different for everyone’s business. Depending on your location, your preferred catalogs, and your decoration processes, it could involve any number of pages, help articles, and videos. With that said, there are some very basic steps you can go through to at least have the foundation set up.
The top three things you need to get set up in order to go live are product pricing, payment methods, and shipping methods. Part of the confusion for new licensees comes from figuring out what to focus on early and what to worry about for later. That’s where orientations come in.
To get a taste of the orientation experience for both new and long-time subscribers, we’re releasing our Step-by-Step Guide to DecoNetwork Setup. We’re also including it as a PDF for you to download and refer to for help articles and videos. From time to time this may be updated, and when it is, it’ll be released as part of the Client Services FAQs Series here on the DecoNetwork Blog.
