If you don’t know Chloe Sheppard already, she’s a photographer you certainly need to follow. Her work is soft, dreamy and feminine with a touch a nostalgia. She gets inspired by American movies, Lana Del Rey and the girls of the 90s.
Her latest project, ‘Lucky Club’ was created in order to help out other younger creatives.
When the photographer was first looking at how to print her work, she had no clue where to start or who to ask for advice. By creating Lucky Club, she is hoping to create a place that doesn’t have to be the case.
Lucky Club is hopefully going to exist as an inclusive place that people can look on to submit work to zines and projects, and support other less established creatives.
Chloe loves making zines and newspaper – sometimes getting back to print is the best medium to work with. She is hoping that she can make this venture successful to to make it what she envisions to be. Zines are rolling in so it’s looking good!
At the moment, it’s just a question of securing funding – then most of the prints will be going to print and will be sold on their online start.
