Dye Sublimation

Dye Sublimation

Do you want to know the easiest way to print images onto your clothing that are as detailed as photographs?  Then you should know about dye sublimation printing!  AMBRO Manufacturing is a qualified professional T-Shirt sublimation company.  Dye sublimation printing is a modern printing method that combines digital printing with transfer printing to give you high definition images that are in full color, even when printing onto garments.  It largely differs from screen printing because it uses dyes and not inks, while also not caring about silk screens or screen printing presses.

Dye Sublimation

The dye sublimation process starts out with a high resolution digital image that you can print out of a sublimation printer.  The sublimation printer contains special heat reactive dyes that will convert from a slid into a gas when heated (which is known as sublimation where this process gets its name).  The artwork comes out of the printer onto a heat transfer paper ready to be transferred.  All you have to do then is position the transfer onto the garment and the heat press for success!  The heat activates the dyes while the pressure forces the dyes to permanently bind with the fibers of the material you’re printing.

In just a few simple steps, dye sublimation will give you a spectacular image that will last the lifetime of the garment.  Unlike other printing methods that just sit on top of the garment, dye sublimation prints become a part of the material itself so you won’t see any cracking or peeling no matter how many times you wash them or wear them.  It’s easy to get your own sublimation projects started with us and that’s not all we have to offer either!  If you are interested in placing an order with us, or if you would like to learn more about our company and all of our customization services, you can contact us by email or by giving us a call at (908) 806-8337.
