Have you heard of a great decorating method called dye sublimation printing? A custom sublimation print is really a sight to behold because you print any image you want in fantastic clarity. Many retail garments are printed with dye sublimation because it lasts the lifetime of the garment and you are free to use as many colors as you want! A custom sublimation print can be of any image you desire whether it’s photographic, big blocks of bold color, or anything in-between!

The reason why dye sublimation printing allows you to print with any designs you can come up with is because part of the process is digital. Humans are notorious for not being perfect, but computers know how to do it! Using a dye sublimation printer we digitally print your design in full color and detail onto a heat transfer sheet. The artwork is applied to the transfer sheet using a special heat reactive sublimation dye which will convert from a solid into a gas when heated. The next step is to take the transfer sheet and position it onto the blank garment and then heat press for success! With a brief heat pressing the dyes will sublimate and infuse themselves into the very fibers of the garment and that’s how you get your custom sublimation print.
Sublimation is great because it looks amazing while also having fantastic durability. On top of that, since the dye is bonded with the fiber, you can’t even feel your print, you’ll only feel the fabric you printed on!
