Sublimation Shirt Printing

If you’ve ever wanted to print whatever image you want onto a shirt, then all you need is sublimation shirt printing services.  If you’ve never heard of dye sublimation before, don’t worry, because in no time at all you’ll know exactly what it’s capable of and you’ll want to print many different designs using this technique!  Seriously, once you realize how you can easily apply images as detailed as a photograph in perfect color and clarity, you will want to try it out with all kinds of artwork!  All you really need is a company that offers custom sublimation shirt printing and you’ll be set.  Where can you go to start sublimation shirt printing?  Easy, you can come to us at AMBRO Manufacturing!

Sublimation Shirt Printing

Sublimation shirt printing is so amazing because it uses modern technology to permanently apply special dyes to the garment.  First you take high resolution digital artwork and print it out of a sublimation printer that contains heat reactive dyes.  The printer applies the artwork to a heat transfer sheet so that you can heat press it to the blank garment.  After a brief period in a heat press the dyes will sublimate, which means to convert from a solid into a gas, and infuse themselves into the very fibers of the garment!

Unlike other printing methods, sublimation dyes won’t just coat the surface of the fabric, so you won’t have to worry about the design cracking or peeling no matter how many times you wash it.  The dye becomes a part of the fabric so much so that you can’t feel the dyes after printing, only the shirt fabric!  So if you are interested in custom sublimation shirt printing, why don’t you reach out to us to get started?  You can easily contact us to place an order, or to find out more about our company and services, by email or b giving us a call at (908) 806-8337.
