So if you’re unfamiliar with the dye sublimation printing process, it all starts out by printing your digital artwork out using our sublimation printer that is loaded with special heat reactive dyes.  The printer applies the dyes to a heat transfer sheet which will later be heat pressed onto the blank garment.  The dyes are formulated so that they will sublimate (convert from a solid into a gas) when the heat press comes down and the pressure forces the dye to permanently bind with the fabric.  It’s really that simple to turn a perfectly blank T shirt into a fully decorated garment!  It doesn’t take much time at all and the image will be picture perfect because it was digitally reproduced.
