Custom Dye Sublimation Printing

Custom Dye Sublimation Printing

Do you have photographs that you’d like to print onto clothing, but you don’t know how it could be possible?  That’s where custom dye sublimation printing comes into the picture!  With custom dye sublimation printing any image is possible because it uses modern technology to do the unimaginable!  Even if you’re just hearing about sublimation printing for the first time, chances are that you have already seen it without know what you were looking at.  Many custom garment designers use custom dye sublimation printing to create fantastic designs that are super colorful and high definition!

Custom Dye Sublimation Printing

So what exactly is custom dye sublimation printing?  It’s a method of printing that uses heat reactive dyes that sublimate when heat pressed to bind to your garment.  Using a dye sublimation printer, your artwork is printed out onto a heat transfer sheet with the special heat reactive dyes.  The artwork comes out complete, just as you saw it on the computer screen, so there’s no need to worry about color separations like with screen printing.  You simply take the transfer sheet, position onto the blank garment, and then heat press to apply it.  The heat causes the dyes to vaporize while the pressure forces the dyes to become infused with the fabric.

Custom dye sublimation printing is permanent and it’s bound to the garment so you won’t see any cracking or peeling for the lifetime of your piece!  The print feels weightless on the shirt so you don’t have to worry about printing all over and it feeling bulky.  Where can you go to try out sublimation printing for yourself?  You can come to us at AMBRO Manufacturing!  You can easily contact us to place your order, or to find out more about our company and services, by email or by giving us a call at (908) 806-8337.
