Islington Mill | The Mystery Tubes

Fancy owning original hand illustrated pieces, early screen printed edition posters or postcards printed by the likes of Peter Sutherland, Anthony Burrill or Mike Perry? If your answer is yes, then you really need to get involved in The Mystery Tubes project by Islington Mill. The project was developed to give Islington Mill artists, residents and friends the chance to be involved in the Mill’s fundraising effort. Both well known and up-and-coming artists were asked by creative studio The Engine House to donate print-based works, anywhere from letterpressed pieces and screen prints to hand-drawn work or Risograph prints.

All the artworks submitted vary from A6 postcard to A2 poster size, and the pieces are hand-selected and grouped into sets of six, before being sealed in a Mystery Tube.

The tubes are available for sale and the mystery is which six artists prints your going to get.

All artworks are worth over £100, often with pieces which have never been seen before and are available exclusively as part of this project. Take a chance and see whose work you’ll be able to hang on your wall.
