Avery Dennison to acquire Hanita Coatings

Hanita Coatings is active in more than 40 countries around the world.

Avery Dennison has agreed a deal to acquire Hanita Coatings, a pressure-sensitive materials manufacturer of specialty films and laminates, for a purchase price of $75m (€70.6m/£59m).
