Custom Sublimation Shirts
What do you see when you see a blank T shirt? For me, all I can see is a big blank canvas just waiting to be customized! If you really want a walking piece of wearable art, custom sublimation shirts are the only way to go. Dye sublimation printing is a revolutionary way to print custom shirts because you just can’t beat the level of detail and color you can capture. If you’re curious about custom sublimation shirts and dye sublimation printing, have a seat because I’m going to let you in on all the details!
So first thing is understanding the dye sublimation printing process. It all begins with the artwork being printed out, fully realized, onto a heat transfer sheet from a sublimation printer. The printer contains specialized dyes that will convert from a solid to a gas under high heat and pressure. The transfer sheet with the artwork is placed onto the blank fabric to be printed and together they are put into the sublimation press. The pressure from the sublimation press forces the fabric and dye to bind together for a permanent print.

The sublimation printing process allows for several benefits, chief among them being amazing quality and durability. Since the print essentially becomes a part of the fibers in the material, your prints won’t crack, peel or fade over time. You will see ultra high definition images at photographic quality and even fine lines and details can be preserved in the print. We also have the capacity to do all over prints for you custom sublimation shirts as well, so feel free to be as creative as you want.
