Custom sublimated jerseys can give your sports leagues a massive dose of personality.  Of course you can choose classic designs, but if that’s not how you see it, then you can go wild with off the wall looks.  Custom sublimated jerseys are perfect for any kind of design because of the power of sublimation printing.  Sublimation printing uses a high resolution, digital image to start, which will be printed out with a specialized printer.  The printer has dye cartridges with a special formula the reacts to high heat and pressure.  The print out is laid onto the fabric to be printed and then with a sublimation press, is pressed for a short time.  During that time, the dye is release from the paper as a gas and absorbed by the material.  This process allows for beautifully rendered, photo-quality prints of any color and complexity.
