Allmade Shirts in Production Right Now

We introduced Allmade with an Indiegogo campaign less than two months ago, and have already met our goal for initial funding.

The $117K we’ve raised to-date helped us procure our first batch of fabric from Carolina Cotton Works (where it’s spun, knitted, dyed and finished), and it’s currently making it’s way to our production facility in Haiti.

Why should screen printers care?

Ever feel a little bit like Goldilocks when testing out new blanks? This one’s too big, but this one’s too small? This one’s too thick, but this one’s too thin? This one’s too scratchy, but this one’s too expensive?

As screenprinters, we get it, because we’ve been through it too. So we founded Allmade to give you, and your customers, a better choice in t-shirts.

Allmade, a collaboration between Ryonet and ten leading screen printing shops, offers blank t-shirts that fit just right, feel just right, and look just right, because they are made just right.

Allmade designs t-shirts for customers who care about quality.

Our tri-blend shirts are constructed of organic, U.S. cotton for a soft feel; Repreve, a polyester made from recycled bottles (3/per) for long-wear and washability; and modal, a sustainably-farmed rayon alternative that allows for a natural drape and superior breathability. Additionally, we offer 100% U.S. grown cotton options.

Both varieties feature combed, ring-spun cotton for a super-soft feel and smooth surface that holds prints well. All of our shirts are 30 singles, designed at just the right weight (4.4-4.7 oz.).

Our unisex crews have a slightly longer body with taped shoulders, tapered sleeves and side seams for a more contemporary look, and are available in both solid colors and a range of stylish heathered shades.

We also offer designs made especially for women, including a crew with a relaxed slim fit and a hybrid scoop/V-neck.
